| The character is cool,
which is why I wanted to dress up as him. Once again I enlisted
Erica's supreme sewing abilities to make the coat. Needs a lining
though, which can be done when it's important for the costume to look
good. Got to wear glasses while in costume, which is cool because I
like seeing. Wore a simple dress shirt and pants which didn't quite
match his priest garb, but that can also be done later. Gloves were
annoying, couldn't find a pair without ribbing on the back, so my writing
on the back didn't quite turn out as well as I'd like. Again,
another pair can be done later.
You've probably gathered that this costume didn't get the attention to detail that it should of. While this is true, I was extremely busy with school and simply didn't have the time. Also, it was for my university anime club, it didn't need to be amazing. As well, people recognized me. Might have something to do with the fact that we showed Hellsing that night. |
